Dictator Kim Jong Un's daughter's name is Ju-ae. Xu Ai's age is said to be about ten years. It is speculated that this decree has been issued to keep his secret.
Fox News quoted two unnamed reporters from Radio Free Asia as saying that local governments here have issued orders for women named 'Ju-A' to change their birth certificates.

According to the report, the Ministry of Security in the city of Jeongju called on women registered with the Resident Registration Department under the name 'Ju Ae' a day earlier to change their names. North Korea prohibited people from using names similar to those of its leaders and their families.
