Against Ireland, Yuvraj had an impressive performance with both bat and ball. He is the first player to score 50 runs in a World Cup along with taking five wickets.

Yuvraj Singh had become unwell during the World Cup and was facing many problems. Despite this, he persevered and made the team the world champion. He was later diagnosed with cancer and was treated in the US.
