Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's petition will be heard in the High Court today. Kejriwal has filed a petition against his arrest in a money laundering case related to the alleged liquor scam. After this, the High Court had sought a reply from ED. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) presented its reply on Tuesday.

ED, in its reply filed in the court, said that AAP has committed money laundering through Arvind Kejriwal and this crime comes under Section 70 of PMLA. Also, in the reply filed by ED, it was said that Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) got the maximum benefit from the money received from the liquor scam. Of this money, about Rs 45 crore in cash has been used in AAP's election campaign during the Goa Assembly elections 2022.

Wife talked to Kejriwal through video conferencing

Chief Minister Kejriwal spoke to his wife and a family member for half an hour through video conferencing at 1:30 pm on Tuesday. The family members inquired about his health. Apart from home, Kejriwal asked about Delhi. Family members seemed worried about Kejriwal's health.

Jail sources say that Kejriwal has been allowed to make video calls twice a week and talk on the phone for five minutes daily. The jail administration will record the call. Jail officials say that despite being the CM, he has to follow all the rules. They will not be given any special facility separately. Kejriwal's blood pressure is under control while his sugar is fluctuating.
