The next hearing of the matter has also been fixed for the same day. The court has issued notices to the Center and the states where cases have been registered against them. In this notice, the court has asked the states and the central government why the cases registered against Nupur Sharma should not be transferred to one place. It is believed that after the reply from the states and the Center, the decision on the transfer of cases will be taken by the court.

In the petition filed by Nupur Sharma, it was said that 9 FIRs are registered against her at different places and all of them should be transferred to one place so that she does not have to travel to different cities in the country. Nupur Sharma's lawyer Maninder Singh said that her client's life is in danger and she is getting threats from all over the place. To this, the court said that we want to uphold your legal options.

During the hearing of the case, the bench also took note of the statement of Khadim Salman Chishti of Ajmer Dargah, in which he had announced giving his house to the person who killed Nupur. After this video went viral, Ajmer police took action and arrested him. Apart from this, a person from UP was also mentioned during the hearing, who had threatened to kill Nupur Sharma.
