Omicron Coronavirus Symptoms: As the cases of Omicron coronavirus are increasing, many new symptoms are also emerging. Now some people infected with Omicron are seeing eye problems. Doctors say that in the symptoms of the corona, the patient is facing all kinds of problems ranging from cough to diarrhea. At the same time, eye problems can also be triggered in the symptoms of the new variant. These symptoms are visible in the new Omicron variant of Corona.
WHO i.e. World Health Organization has also told about the problems related to the eyes. It has been said in the report that in patients infected with the new variant Omicron of the corona, reddening of the eyes, reduced vision, swelling of the white part of the eye and the lining of the eyelid, ie, conjunctivitis, can be symptoms of Omicron infection.
Symptoms of Omicron associated with the eyes
1- Redness in the eyes
2- Irritation problem in eyes
3- Pain in the eye
4- Blurred vision

The new variant of the corona, Omicron, may have these symptoms related to the eyes. In corona-infected patients, 5 percent of eye-related problems can be a victim of conjunctivitis. However, it is not necessary that seeing these symptoms related to the eye means corona itself. Sometimes this problem can occur in the eyes due to cold, pollution or any other reason.
What does the study say?
Indian researchers believe that a person infected with corona may have these early symptoms. Eye problems can be considered as an early warning of the corona. A study has found that 44 percent of Covid patients are facing eye problems as compared to 35.8% of the general population. There are problems like watery eyes and light sensitivity in this. At the same time, some people are also feeling pain in the eyes. However, after the patient's recovery, the problem related to the eyes gets cured.
If these symptoms are seen in the eye, then how to treat them?
If you are seeing mild symptoms in the eye, then you can also treat it at home. According to the NHS, you heat the water, and then after cooling, wipe the eyes with the help of a cotton pad. If you are having more trouble, then keep a cold cloth on your eyes for a few minutes. Consult a doctor if there is a lot of trouble.
