Several opposition leaders, including Karnataka Minister Priyank Kharge and TMC MP Mahua Moitra, have leveled serious allegations of negligence and failure against the central government.

On the Delhi blast, Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said that a thorough investigation should be conducted. He said, "I don't want to say anything right now because an investigation is necessary. The blast that occurred in Delhi yesterday could have an impact on the BJP in today's Bihar elections. Bomb blasts should not happen. The loss of innocent lives is extremely tragic."

Shah is the most incompetent Home Minister in independent India: Priyank.

Karnataka Minister Priyank Kharge said that Amit Shah is possibly the most incompetent Home Minister in independent India. If he were in any other country or state, he would have been removed from the cabinet. But because he is a confidant of Prime Minister Modi, he is untouched. Why is the Home Minister not being held accountable? Are they only there to topple governments and play politics? How many more lives will be lost because of their incompetence?

An atmosphere of fear prevails in the country; the government must tell the truth: Pawan Khera.

Congress leader Pawan Khera expressed concern over the blast, saying, "The Prime Minister has left for Bhutan, but an atmosphere of fear and anxiety persists in the country. Many questions are arising in people's minds. Until the government reveals what caused the blast, who caused it, and what the real matter is, it will be inappropriate to comment on it. Such an explosion in the capital raises many questions.

Serious questions about the country's security system

Meanwhile, TMC MP Mahua Moitra posted on the social media platform X, writing, "India needs a capable Home Minister, not a 'full-time hate campaign minister.' Is Amit Shah's only duty to spread hatred? Why is he failing to protect both the country's borders and the capital?" She said, "This incident raises serious questions about the country's security system."

"This is the government's failure; Amit Shah should resign" - UP Congress chief Ajay Rai.

Uttar Pradesh Congress President Ajay Rai launched a scathing attack on the central government over the Monday evening blast in Delhi. He said that the government claims that no infiltrators are entering the country, so how are such incidents happening? Ajay Rai said, "A few days ago, our children were killed in Pahalgam... Despite seeing everything, they claim they will fix everything." Just before the 2019 elections, there was an attack in Pulwama, but no investigation has been conducted to date.

He said that the entire country is in a state of tension and many innocent people have lost their lives. Ajay Rai directly accused Amit Shah of being responsible for this incident. He said he should resign immediately and go home. The Home Minister was busy with elections yesterday, while the country was grappling with the tragedy. This is the government's failure."

"56-inch" will have to answer - Maharashtra Congress President.

Meanwhile, Maharashtra Congress President Nana Patole also attacked the Modi government, saying that if our capital, Delhi, is not safe, then "56-inch" will have to answer. We don't want to play politics, but this government has failed to keep the country safe. Home Minister Amit Shah should take responsibility. Expressing condolences to the families of the victims, Patole said that Congress has always been clear on issues related to national security. He said that during the Pahalgam incident, Rahul Gandhi had also said that we stand with the government, but now the BJP is politicizing this incident in the name of "Operation Sindoor," which the entire country witnessed.
