Union Home Secretary Govind Mohan, the Director of the Intelligence Bureau (IB), the Delhi Police Commissioner, and the Director General of the National Investigation Agency (NIA), among others, are present at the meeting. Terrorist Attack Suspected
A terrorist conspiracy is suspected behind the blast near the Red Fort. Delhi Police have registered a case under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) and detained four suspects. Police are questioning all of them. However, no formal statement has yet been released regarding the actual motive behind the attack.
