The second match of the three-Test series between Pakistan and Australia is to be played in Karachi. A day before the match, Australian captain Pat Cummins has announced his playing XI for the second Test. Mitchell Swepson has been replaced in the team in place of Josh Hazlewood. The 28-year-old spinner will debut in the Karachi Test against Pakistan.

Swepson has been a part of the Australian team for quite some time and was always seen as a backup to Nathan Lyon, but considering the Karachi pitch, Cummins has decided to play both Lyon and Swepson together.
