The economic condition of the neighboring country of Pakistan has become very bad and it has started affecting its sovereignty as well. Even now he cannot prepare his budget on his own. Shehbaz Sharif government minister Sherry Rehman has said this. He alleged that Imran Khan's government had taken such decisions that Pakistan reached the verge of bankruptcy. Now he is left with no option but to accept the conditions of the International Monetary Fund in preparing the budget. He said this during the discussion on the budget in the National Assembly of Pakistan.

According to the report of Pakistani newspaper Dawn, during the discussion, Rehman said, 'This is completely the budget of the IMF. We do not doubt this. Apart from him, many other MPs attacked the previous government of Imran Khan and said that his economic decisions have brought the country to this condition. He said that Imran Khan's government had made the economy a child's play. Today IMF is angry that you have not taken the decisions which were promised. He said that on one hand he destroyed the economy of Pakistan and now he is out of power, then wants to spread anarchy. Pakistan Peoples Party MP Sherry Rehman said that if Imran Khan had remained in power for some more time, this country would have reached the verge of becoming Sri Lanka.

He said that during the era of Imran Khan, Pakistan was moving towards ruin at the speed of a train. The new government has worked to put the brakes on that, even though it hasn't been able to do much. This is called Crisis Management. He said that no government wants to burden the common people. But the government working for the country has to make some tough decisions. He said that our neighboring country Sri Lanka has gone bankrupt and you cannot even imagine what happens in it.
