# 56 percent increase in the prices of food items

At the same time, compared to last year, tea has become costlier by 64 percent and wheat by 58 percent. There has been an increase of 32 percent in the prices of ghee and edible oils. Whereas milk and rice have become costlier by 26% and 47% respectively.
# Chicken reached Rs 650 to 700 per kg
Inflation in Pakistan has also hit the prices of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, which have become costlier by almost 35 percent. While the prices of clothing and footwear have increased by 17.22 percent. The situation has become so bad in our bigoted neighboring country that chicken has started selling for up to Rs.650-700 per kg in Pakistan. According to experts, if the same situation continues, it can reach Rs 800 per kg in the coming days.

The cabinet has approved the National Energy Conservation Plan to curb power consumption and reduce dependence on imported oil. Defense Minister Khawaja Asif said, "Markets will close at 8.30 pm, while marriage halls will close by 10.00 pm, this will save us Rs 60 billion".
# Production of bulbs and fans will also stop
