Birla said these things in his address on the subject of parliamentary efforts for social development and justice at the 150th meeting of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Along with this, new labor laws have been made for the welfare and social security of workers in the unorganized sector.
