Parliament security breach: Lalit Jha, the mastermind who breached the security of Parliament House, has surrendered to Delhi Police. Meanwhile, police sources said that Lalit Jha, the fifth accused and mastermind in the Parliament security breach case, has burnt the mobile phones of all his associates along with his friend Mahesh after fleeing to Kuchaman in Rajasthan.
