In Tamil Nadu, where BJP workers are busy preparing for a grand welcome to Modi. At the same time, the police department has made tight security arrangements.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate five projects prepared for Rs 2,960 crore. Tamil Nadu Governor RN Ravi, Chief Minister MK Stalin, Union Ministers Nitin Gadkari, and Ashwini Vaishnav will also be present on the occasion. PM Modi The 75-km-long Madurai-Teni (Railway Gauge Conversion Project) in South Tamil Nadu, built at a cost of over Rs 500 crore, will increase connectivity in the region and boost tourism. In addition, consumers and industries will benefit greatly from natural gas pipeline projects. Officials said that Modi will also inaugurate 1,152 houses constructed under the 'Light House Project-Chennai' for Rs 116 crore under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Urban.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will reach Chennai from Hyderabad at 5.10 pm on 26 May. Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru will inaugurate the programs to be held at the Multi-Purpose Indoor Stadium. During this, PM Modi will launch many different railways, national highway projects, and many projects of the central government. PM will leave for New Delhi at 7.40 pm.
