The Prime Minister thanked Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman for Saudi Arabia's support during the evacuation of Indian nationals from Sudan via Jeddah in April 2023. He also conveyed his best wishes for the upcoming Haj pilgrimage. Mohammed bin Salman expressed his support for India's G20 chairmanship. He said that he is looking forward to his visit to India. Both leaders also agreed to stay in touch with each other.

During the telephone conversation, the two leaders exchanged views on various multilateral and global matters of mutual interest, the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) said in a statement.
