PM Modi: 'Telangana is called the gateway to South India', PM Modi said in Sangareddy

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a tour of Telangana today. During this, he visited Shri Ujjaini Mahakali Temple in the morning and worshiped. He then reached Sangareddy, where he addressed a public meeting.

 

During this, he flagged off the MMTS facility between Ghatkesar and Lingampalli. At the same time, inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of development projects worth seven thousand crore rupees. He said that Telangana is called the gateway to South India.

 

 

140 crore countrymen are determined to build a developed India

He said, 'Today 140 crore countrymen are determined to build a developed India. Having modern infrastructure is equally important for a developed India. Therefore, in this year's budget, we have given Rs 11 lakh crore for infrastructure. It is our endeavor that Telangana gets maximum benefit from it.

 

  Work is being done to improve railway facilities

He further said, 'Telangana is called the 'Gateway to South India'. To improve the railway facilities in Telangana, the work of electrification and doubling is going on at a fast pace. Six new stations have also been built. MMTS train service was flagged off between Ghatkesar and Lingampalli. This will connect many more areas of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. This will provide great convenience to train passengers between the two cities.

 

The foundation stone of projects worth seven thousand crore rupees laid

PM Modi said, 'In the last 10 years, the Central Government has worked hard to help Telangana achieve new milestones! Today I got the opportunity to inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of development projects worth seven thousand crore rupees. I work with only one intention – the development of the states for the development of the nation.

 

The number of airports doubled

He said that the aviation sector in the country is breaking records. In the last 10 years, the number of airports has doubled. 140 crore Indians have pledged to a developed India. To resolve that, we must invest in infrastructure. We have allocated Rs 11 lakh crore for infrastructure development in this year's budget.
