Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the National Cadet Corps (NCC) rally at Cariappa Ground in Delhi on Friday. Let us inform you that this rally is organized on 28 January every year after the parade of NCC cadets in the Republic Day celebrations is over.

PM Modi said that the country is celebrating the Amrit Mahotsav of its independence. When a young country becomes a witness to such a historic festival, there is a different enthusiasm in its celebration. This enthusiasm is visible even on this ground today. He said that these are the visions of the youth power of India, which will fulfill our resolve. Now the daughters of the country are taking admission in Sainik Schools. Women are getting huge responsibilities in the army. The daughters of the country are flying fighter planes in the Air Force. In such a situation, it should be our effort that more and more daughters should be included in NCC.

You have to take India till 2047

Modi said that today all the young men and women who are in NCC, are in NSS, most of them were born in this century itself. You have to take India till 2047. That's why your efforts, your resolutions, the fulfillment of those resolutions will be India's accomplishment, India's success.

Addressing the cadets, the PM further said that the country whose youth starts moving ahead with the thinking of nation first, no power in the world can stop it. India's success in the field of play today is also a great example of this. Modi said that some people curse our society, but this society has shown that when it comes to the country, nothing is more important than that. When we get the right direction, if we get the right example, it is an example of how much our country can do.

Youth can play a role in Vocal for Local

Modi said that all the youth can play a big role in the campaign of Vocal for Local. If the youth of India decide that whatever Indian labor has been involved in the manufacture, sweat of an Indian, and use only that thing, then the fate of India can change. You know very well how much drug addiction ruins our young generation. Therefore, how can drugs reach the school college where there is NCC-NSS. As a cadet, you should be free from drugs, as well as make your campus free from drugs.

Guard of Honor inspected

PM Modi also inspected the guard of honour. In addition, he reviewed the march past by NCC contingents. The PM honored the best cadets with medals and sticks.
