This was followed by the arrest of Nirav Modi in Britain in March 2019. Nirav Modi is serving a sentence in London Wandsworth Jail. The Westminster Magistrates' Court in London ordered the extradition to India on a petition filed by Indian agencies. Nirav Modi has challenged this order.
