Referring to the fragmented electorate, he said that only one-third of the people are voting for the BJP, or want to support the BJP.
He said the problem is that two-thirds of the voters are so fragmented that it is divided into 10, 12, or 15 political parties. This is the reason for the downfall of Congress. 65 percent vote bank is fragmented and Congress's support is gone. It is divided into small parties.
