US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said that we (Quad) are now engaged in working together to help countries in the world to deal with humanitarian situations in natural disasters. We are working on the important things. It is not a military group.
Need to pay attention to what is happening in Ukraine
Antony Blinken said that we are focused on what is happening in Ukraine as a result of Russian aggression. Not that it matters only to Ukrainians, Ukraine, and Europe, but it matters to the whole world.
