New Delhi, Feb 25 (IANS) Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi is not being allowed to function independently, party general secretary Digvijay Singh said Wednesday.
"He feels that he is not being allowed to function independently in the party," Digvijay Singh said in an interview to Headlines Today.
He also said that he was "surprised" over Gandhi's "leave of absence" during parliament's ongoing budget session.
