During this, there is a possibility of lightning in many places. Apart from this, light to moderate rain is also likely over Andhra Pradesh Coast, Rayalaseema, Kerala, and Mahe on October 30. At the same time, on October 30, an alert has been issued for very heavy rains in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Karaikal.

The Meteorological Department has not issued any weather warnings for today and tomorrow. Thereafter, light rain is forecast over Kerala, Mahe, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Karaikal for October 28. At the same time, wind speed reaching 40 to 55 kmph is very likely over the coastal areas of Tamil Nadu, and western parts of the Bay of Bengal on October 29 and 30.
