His film is based on the clash between India and China in the Galwan Valley. Salman Khan has started preparing to play his role in this film. Salman Khan is training for several hours every day.

 

Salman will play the role of Colonel B.

The title of Salman Khan's upcoming film has not been revealed yet. But in this film, Salman Khan will play the role of a senior officer. The film is based on Shiv Aroor and Rahul Singh's novel 'India's Most Fearless 3'. Salman Khan will reportedly play the role of Colonel Bikumalla in the film. Salman Khan is taking army training to play this character.

 

Who is Colonel Bikumalla?

Colonel Bikumalla is the same officer who led the Indian soldiers during the Galwan Valley clash. His name is Santosh Babu and he was the commanding officer of the 16 Bihar Regiment. Santosh Babu was martyred during the India-China clash.

 

The actress finalized for the film.

 

The lead actress for Salman Khan's upcoming film has also been finalized. According to a report in India Today, Chitrangada Singh has been cast opposite Salman Khan in the film. This is the first time that both will be seen together on the big screen. Chitrangada Singh is known for 'Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi'.

Apoorva Lakhia is directing Salman Khan's upcoming film. If reports are to be believed, Salman Khan's look will be finalized in July and the shooting of the film can start in August. Salman Khan is working on his body these days. He is taking military training to play the role in the film. It is also said that the war part in the film will be shot in Ladakh.
