According to the Northern Railway, 41 trains heading for the capital were running late due to the fog, seven were rescheduled and four were cancelled.

"There was moderate fog in the morning, and the day would be partly cloudy. Very light rain or thundershower could occur in some areas," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.
