Maha Kumbh, the great festival that connects faith and religion, is also a festival of the union of knowledge of different countries. This time, spiritual and mental healing will take place here through the fusion of Indian yoga meditation and Japanese sound therapy. Mahamandaleshwar Mahant Rajeshwari Maa of Nirmohi Ani Akhara is becoming a strong bridge of spirituality and medicine between India and Japan.

After the initiation of Sanatan in Japan, Rajeshwari Maa, an expert in sound and energy therapy, is now treating people with a combination of Indian meditation yoga and Japanese healing methods. After taking initiation in Sanatan Dharma in the year 2016, Rajeshwari received the title of Mahamandaleshwar in the Kumbh of 2019. She has been encouraging personal and spiritual transformation for the last 30 years.

Sound therapy is a method of improving health.

She says that sound therapy is a scientific method of improving mental and physical health. Sound waves are generated through gongs, crystal bowls, and mantras, which balance the body and mind. The ancient technique not only reduces mental stress but also improves physical health, sleep quality, and immunity. Indian Om also produces sound. It gives spiritual peace.

Such sound waves affect the body's cells and energy. This activates the body's natural healing mechanism. In sound therapy, mental peace is provided by slowing down brain waves by the use of vibrations. It makes the process of meditation deeper and more effective. Blood circulation and restoration of cells are accelerated. It is helpful in improving insomnia and poor quality of sleep.

Coordination of spirituality and energy therapy

Rajeshwari Maa believes that through spirituality and energy therapy, the infinite possibilities hidden within humans can be awakened. In Japan, she is not only propagating Indian culture and spirituality but has also established deep roots of Indian spiritual philosophy in Japanese society.

She says, the coordination of Indian yoga and Japanese sound therapy in the union of two methods will not only become a means of personal upliftment but will also help bring positive change in society and globally.
