The consecration program is to be held in Ram temple in Ayodhya on 22 January. Before that, preparations are in full swing in the temple. On Wednesday, Champat Rai, General Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra, described the map of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple.
He presented the map of the entire temple through video. Champat Rai said - "The temple is being constructed on the northern part of 70 acres of land. A three-story temple is being built here. The work on the ground floor of the temple has been completed, the first floor is under construction."
Features of the temple
Ram temple is synonymous with grandeur and also with Indian tradition and technology. This information was given by Champat Rai, General Secretary of Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust. He was enumerating the specialties of the Ram temple while talking to reporters at the Ramjanmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Bhawan located near the Ramjanmabhoomi complex. He said that iron has not been used in the construction of the temple and concrete has also not been used on the foundation.
The specificity of the construction technique lies right from the foundation. The foundation of the temple has been made by casting 14-meter-thick artificial rock of thick roller-compacted concrete on a huge land area of four hundred feet long and three hundred feet wide. The plinth of the temple is 380 feet long and 250 feet wide and the height of the main peak of the temple is 161 feet.
There will be five pavilions in the form of kirtan pavilions in the temple.
The General Secretary of Teerth Kshetra Trust also shared other fundamental information related to the construction of the temple. There will be five pavilions in the temple in the form of dance, color, assembly, prayer and kirtan pavilion. To reach the plinth of the temple, one has to climb 32 steps. There is a rectangular wall around the temple, whose length is 732 meters and width is 14 feet.
Along with Lord Surya, Maa Bhagwati, Ganapati and Lord Shiva, temples of Valmiki, Vashishtha, Vishwamitra, Agastya, Nishadraj, Mata Shabari and Goddess Ahilya are also to be built in the park at itself on all four corners of the park. The General Secretary of Teerth Kshetra Trust also discussed the brief history of the Ramjanmabhoomi liberation struggle.
Told that the grand Ram temple has become possible after a long struggle of 492 years and 37 years of continuous vigil. He also reminded me about the ground penetrating radar survey for the liberation of Ram Janmabhoomi. Told that on the orders of the High Court, this survey in 2003 determined that there was a Hindu building under the surface before 1528. After this survey, ASI conducted an excavation and concluded that there was a North Indian-style temple beneath the surface of the disputed land.
