The way Russell assessed the conditions immediately was eye-catching. Our conversation was amazing."
The KKR captain further said, “See when Narine comes to open, he knows that his job is to clear the infield. Today we were deliberating whether to get Narine to open or not, but he performed brilliantly. In a way, it was easy to bat. However, there was another pace in the wicket from the other end. We discussed this in the middle of the field and passed this information on to others as well."
