Students are unable to use their international card

Thousands of Indian students studying in Russia are no longer able to use their international cards.

But support for the government is more in smaller towns like Arkhan Gelsk, where he has been living for the past three years.
The Indian student community is also united, while many students from Europe and Japan have been instructed by the embassy to leave the country. Those students from India, who had come to Russia for research and were funded them by western countries, had a problem. This funding is closed.
