96 days have passed since the Russo-Ukraine war. Meanwhile, the European Union (EU) has agreed to cut oil imports from Russia by two-thirds. European Council President Charles Michel said the EU has reached an agreement to ban two-thirds of Russian oil imports. This decision will put pressure on Russia to end the war.

At the same time, Russia has decided to stop the gas supply to the Netherlands. Netherlands' government-backed company Gastera refused to pay Russia's Gazprom in rubles, after which gas supplies will be suspended from Tuesday. The Netherlands' energy is based on 44% gas. However, this country imports only 15% of its gas requirement from Russia.
