School Reopen: Schools and colleges will open from September 21 across the country, know what is the rule in which state

New Delhi: While unlocking the Corona crisis, the Central Government has permitted to open schools and colleges across the country. After the Central Guidelines for opening school-colleges from September 21, now the state governments have also started making rules and regulations to open schools. Under the central guidelines, children from class 9th to 12th can go to school with written permission from their parents. Several state governments, including Jharkhand, Haryana, have started preparing to open schools in a phased manner, while some governments are still confused about this.

The Haryana government has planned to open the school from 21 September. Haryana Education Minister Kanwar Pal Singh Gujjar says that the state is ready to open schools once again. The budget has been allocated to sanitize the schools. However, in the Karnal and Sonepat districts, the state government has earlier said that only schools for classes 10 and 12 will be opened.

 

 

Jharkhand

The Jharkhand government is also in favor of opening schools amid the epidemic. Keeping in mind the guidelines of the Home Ministry, the first class 10th and 12th classes will start here. The education minister of Jharkhand Vaidyanath Mahato says that children's education is suffering. He told, 'We have come to know from a survey that only 27 percent of the online class students in urban areas can take advantage. This figure is even worse in rural areas. Some children do not even have a mobile connection. '

 

 

Andra Pradesh

Schools are also opening in Andhra Pradesh from 21 September. Here 50 percent teaching and 50 percent non-teaching staff can be called in the school. Any student from class 9 to 12 can go to school and study after the written permission of their parents.

 

 

Uttar Pradesh

In Uttar Pradesh, schools and colleges can be opened keeping in mind the guidelines of the Central Government. Although UP Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma said that the condition of Corona in the state will be monitored until September 15, only then it will be decided whether schools will be opened or not.

 

 

At present, classes are being run through Doordarshan UP for 10th, 12th, and Swayambha channel for 9th, 11th class. The timetable of the class is fixed every week. At the same time, classes are being run for children up to the 8th through WhatsApp group or any other means.

 

 

Schools will remain closed in Delhi

Delhi government has decided to keep all schools closed till 30 September due to the Corona epidemic. According to Delhi Education Directorate, all schools will be closed till 30 September. Students from 9th to 12th class can be allowed to go to school voluntarily in government schools outside the contention zone. However, online classes and teaching activities will continue as usual for students.

 

 

Uttarakhand Government Guidelines

Schools and colleges in Uttarakhand will remain closed till September 30 because of the Corona epidemic. The state government has not yet been permitted to open the school completely. There have been more than 28 thousand corona infection cases in Uttarakhand. About nine thousand of these people are still infected with the disease, their treatment is going on.

 

 

Apart from these states, the Tamil Nadu government is also not in favor of opening schools. There is no thought to open schools in Chhattisgarh, at present, emphasis is being placed on online classes and unique offline classes. It has not been discussed yet in Bihar. However, schools can be opened in Himachal Pradesh based on the guidelines of the Center.
