New Delhi, Jan 8 (IANS) Former Congress minister Shashi Tharoor will be questioned in connection with the murder case of his wife Sunanda Pushkar, police said.
"We have served a legal notice to Tharoor to join the murder probe Wednesday evening. The questioning will be held in under section 160 CrPc," an officer told IANS.
Pushkar, 52 was found dead in her south Delhi's hotel room Jan 17, 2014.
Delhi Police had registered a case of murder a few days ago, following the final opinion report from the board of doctors conducted post-mortem on Pushkar.
