Navjot Sidhu's trepidation for the CM's chair in Punjab has come to the fore again. Sidhu even said abusive words for Charanjit Channi, the first CM of Punjab who came from Scheduled Caste. Punjab Congress started its march from Zirakpur on Thursday. During this, Sidhu is saying that if the son of Sardar Bhagwant Singh (Navjot Sidhu's father) is made CM, then see what the success is. Sidhu asked for Channi – he will drown Congress in 2022.
Punjab Congress's Lakhimpur Kheri Fury March was taken out from Mohali Airport Chowk on Thursday under the leadership of Sidhu. Sidhu reached on time this March, but due to convoy and jam, CM Channi got a little late in his arrival. Sidhu got furious at this and vented his anger about Channi.

It was revealed in the video of the program that Sidhu wants to take the convoy on the march. Then Minister Pargat Singh says that CM is going to reach Channi in 2 minutes. Sidhu was furious at this that we have been waiting for him for so long. Pargat shows the crowd and says that today it has become a bat-bat. Then Sukhwinder Danny, the working head standing near Sidhu, also says that this program is a success. After this Sidhu got in a tizzy. Sidhu said that where is the success now, if I make me the CM, then he will show success. After this Sidhu abused and said that in 2022 it will sink the Congress.
Sidhu could not become CM, the wish of super CM was also unfulfilled
Sidhu himself wanted to become the CM in Punjab by replacing Captain Amarinder Singh. The Congress high command agreed to Sunil Jakhar. However, the legislators opposed it, saying that Punjab was a Sikh state. After which it was decided to make Sukhjinder Randhawa the CM. Sidhu staked his claim on this. Later, Charanjit Channi was made CM by taking out the middle path.
After this Sidhu took her hand and started walking with his hand on her shoulder. Sidhu wanted to become the super CM in Punjab. In which the face is of Channi, but he should do all the work himself. However, even this wish of Sidhu was not fulfilled. After this Sidhu wanted him to be declared the next CM face of Punjab Congress, but the Congress high command refused that too. After which he has resigned from Punjab Congress.
Akali Dal also took a jibe
After this video surfaced, Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal) has also taken a dig at Sidhu. Akali Dal spokesperson Daljit Cheema said that Sidhu has so much respect for the post of CM that he could not wait for 2 minutes. There is still anguish within Sidhu that a Scheduled Caste man was made the CM. Cheema said that Sidhu's march was not for the farmers but to get ahead of each other.
