Bengaluru Stampede: BJP asked sharp questions to Congress on the Bangalore stampede, and also mentioned the Allu Arjun controversy

The celebration of Royal Challengers Bangalore's victory in IPL faded when 11 people lost their lives during a stampede in Bangalore. When RCB won the title for the first time, lakhs of fans gathered in Bangalore to celebrate the trophy. However, a stampede occurred outside the Chinnaswamy Stadium and fans lost their lives. BJP slammed Congress over the accident.

Sambit Patra said, 'The BCCI President and IPL Chairman said that they were not aware of the celebrations. Vijay processions have been taken out before, but the Vijay processions were always taken out at least 2 days later. This time gap is needed to make proper arrangements for crowd management. The CM and Deputy CM forced the team to have a Vijay procession and all these arrangements were made in just 12 hours, and the result was the death of 11 people. When a stampede occurred during the screening of Allu Arjun's film, he was arrested. The Congress government ordered his arrest. On the same principle of Allu Arjun's arrest, will DK Shivakumar and Siddaramaiah also be arrested?'

'The biggest question is where is Rahul Gandhi?'

Sambit Patra said will Siddaramaiah resign? There was a video in which DK Shivakumar can be seen pushing a man by the neck when that person came between him and the camera. The importance was not of crowd management, the importance was his PR stunt. Will DK Shivakumar apologize and resign? Who authorized this entire event? Who authorized the event to continue despite the deaths? This is the failure of the state government. They have to take responsibility for this. The biggest question is where is Rahul Gandhi? Where is he hiding? Will he question? Will he ask Siddaramaiah and DK Shivakumar to resign?

'It should be clear whether the Deputy Chief Minister organized this or the Chief Minister'

Meanwhile, Karnataka BJP President BY Vijayendra said who will take responsibility for the stampede? If the state government had managed properly, this tragedy could have been avoided. One and a half lakh people had gathered in the final match in Ahmedabad and no such tragedy occurred there. Why did the state government organize the event in such a hurry? Why was permission given to organize the event yesterday without proper preparation? What was the need to celebrate in front of Vidhan Soudha? It should be clear whether the Deputy Chief Minister or the Chief Minister organized it.
