The 15th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) is to start on March 26. The first match is to be played between Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders in Mumbai. At the same time, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is in no mood to give any concession to the players and teams for violating the Corona rules in IPL this time. Those who break the rules will be fined one crore. Along with this, the ban for a match and the team's points will be deducted.

Players may be out of season for breaking bio-bubble

According to the report of Cricbuzz, if any player or his family member and team owner, or people associated with the bio bubble violate the bio bubble, then strict action will be taken against them. If the player breaks the bio-bubble, then he will be banned for one match, as well as he will have to stay in quarantine for 7 more days. On the other hand, a match can also be banned for making a mistake. On the third mistake, the player can be ruled out for the whole season and the team will not get any replacement.

They may be kicked out on the family's corona rule break

At the same time, if the player's family or match officials ignore the corona protocol, then they will have to remain in quarantine for 7 days. If they make a mistake for the second time, they will be removed from the bio bubble and at the same time, the player associated with them will also have to remain quarantined for 7 days.

One crore fine on team's mistake

If it is the team's fault in breaking the bio-bubble, then the team can be fined one crore rupees. At the same time, one point for the team and 3 points will be deducted for the third mistake.

Negligence in conducting Covid test also fined

BCCI has also made separate rules for the Covid test. If a member misses getting the Covid test done, he will be warned for the first time. For the second time, a fine of 75 thousand rupees will be imposed and there will be a ban on going to the stadium or training ground.
