Syria Earthquake: The devastating earthquake in Turkey and Syria has caused havoc. Till now more than 21 thousand people have lost their lives. More than 17 thousand people died in Turkey and more than three thousand people died in Syria. During this, relief and rescue work is also in full swing. Meanwhile, a baby girl who was tied to her dead mother by her umbilical cord for 30 hours has been rescued in Gendris city of Syria. The child's father, brother, and sister also died in the earthquake.

The baby girl has been named Aya, which means miracle. The girl child has also found a home. The uncle of the girl's father told that he would take the girl to his place after she is discharged from the hospital. All the family members of the girl child have died.

Meanwhile, another man is seen running with a blanket, while a third man is shouting for a car to take him to the hospital.

Several children have been orphaned by the 7.8 magnitude earthquake on Monday, including Aya. UN agency UNICEF says it is monitoring children whose parents are missing or killed in the quake.
