Since the success of South films, it is being compared to Bollywood and there was a debate on it. Many stars from South to Bollywood jumped into this debate. Every star gave his opinion and talked about the films. On the other hand, people on social media were also telling lies about the North industry while speaking in the debate of Bollywood vs South Cinema. Now actress Tamannaah Bhatia has broken her silence in this matter. Regarding the comparison of South vs Bollywood, Tamannaah said that we have started this ourselves and have seen it from a different angle.

This is not a separate industry, it is Indian cinema.

Tamannaah Bhatia said in an interview with Hindustan Times, 'People took it very wrongly and suddenly the comparison started between South and North industry. While it doesn't matter. The whole world sees it as Indian cinema. When I attended the Cannes Film Festival, I came to know how people from outside see it.

The world only knows Indian films

Tamannaah further said, 'I came to know in that event that many regional films from India are also shown there. But no one there says it like that it is from South and it is from North. People there only say that this is an Indian film. We feel that separate and we are sitting in India and speaking it South and North and West.

Tamannaah said - I work in every industry

The actress further said, 'I work in all films in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi. I never want to be from any one industry, I just want to perform in front of the camera and please the audience. That's why I think we should end this North-South debate. We are all Indians and our cinema should not be divided separately.
