Markaz Subhan Allah is located on the outskirts of Bahawalpur on the Karachi-Torkham highway. It is the main terrorist training center of Jaish-e-Mohammed, spread over an area of 15 acres. Markaz Subhan Allah is considered to be the operational headquarters of Jaish, and the terrorist attack in Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir in 2019 was planned here. Jaish-e-Mohammed was declared a terrorist organization by India in the year 2001. Since then, many other countries have also declared it a terrorist organization. Markaz Subhan Allah was built in the year 2015, and the Pakistani government gave funding for it. Along with this, Jaish also collected funds from Arab and African countries.
