The payload attached to the drone was brought down after the firing that took place around 11 pm. The payload contained 3 magnets IEDs inside the children's tiffin box. in which the timer was set.

On the other hand, two terrorists were killed in an encounter between security forces and terrorists in Kupwara at 6 am.
