While hearing the case, a bench of Justices Vipin Sanghi and Justice Rekha Palli said, "We cannot make money at this time due to the compulsion of others." We should show sympathy and concern and contribute our best. "

The High Court told the oxygen suppliers, "Please understand this, this is not a fight, this is a war. We all need to cooperate."

 

At the same time, Oxygen Suppliers told the High Court, "We are providing all the data of our oxygen supply to the Delhi government daily. Delhi government officials are present in our plants throughout the day and the entire information is being shared with them. . "

 

Lawyer Sachin Puri said that about 170 oxygen concentrators were seized by the Delhi Police on Thursday. The court today ordered the release of those oxygen concentrators.

 

The High Court on Friday directed the authorities to immediately take necessary steps to release 170 oxygen concentrators seized from black marketers by Delhi Police as they are needed for treatment of Covid-19 patients. The bench has directed the officials to present the compliance report by one o'clock.

 

Highcourt said the legal process could continue, but the need of the hour was that the authorities release these devices without any delay. The bench said that we instruct the state government to take immediate steps to release these devices. The bench said that it had passed a similar order on Thursday in which the Deputy Commissioner of Revenue Department of the AAP government was directed to release the seized remdesivir injections, which were seized by the police from hoarders and blackbucks and used as Covid. -19 occurs in the treatment of patients.
