Most states in the country have seen a decline in active Corona. According to the Union Health Ministry, there are more than 1 lakh active cases in 11 states of the country. The Health Secretary said that there are 24 states and union territories in the country where there is a positive rate of more than 15 percent. The positivity rate is 5 to 15 percent in 10 states. Positiveness rates below 5 percent are in 3 states. In the last 1 week, 18 state and union territory positivity rates have come down. The nationwide positivity rate, which was 21.9 percent, is now 19.8 percent.

It has been observed that most of the patients are leading to death due to infection with other infections ie fungal and bacteria.
