Ukraine and its neighbors close air borders for civilian flights
Ukraine closed its airspace to civilian flights on Thursday following Russian attacks, while Europe's aviation regulator issued a warning over the dangers of flying in border areas. Ukraine's southwest of Moldova has also closed its airspace, while Belarus in the north has said it is suspending civilian flights over its territory in support of a Russian military operation.
The Ukrainian State Air Traffic Services Enterprise said on its website that the country's airspace has been closed to civilian flights.
