Ukraine's national energy company said the blackout would continue in seven regions to prevent a complete collapse of the grid. The Russian military has targeted critical power infrastructure across the country. So far 12 power centers have been targeted
Ukrainian officials said more than 50 cruise missiles were shot down by Russia last Monday. However, some missiles hit power stations and sub-stations. As a result, the power supply to thousands of people was cut off. On Friday, Russia attacked the center of a company supplying electricity to homes. In a month, 12 power supply centers have been targeted.
Roman Takchak, the security director of Kyiv's city government, said in an interview, 'If Russia continues such attacks, our entire electricity system will be destroyed. We will ask people to leave the city within 12 hours of getting information about grid failure.
Preparing to protect the power station from bombs and missiles
