On Monday morning at 9:15 a.m., law student Prince Raj Singh shot and killed his classmate, Sandeep Kaur, at Mai Bhago Law College in Usman village, Tarn Taran district, Punjab. Three seconds later, he also committed suicide by shooting himself.

Both died on the spot. This incident, which occurred in broad daylight at the college, shocked everyone. Police arrived at the scene after receiving information and deposited both bodies in the hospital for post-mortem.

A video of the incident has gone viral.

The deceased, Sandeep Kaur, was a first-year student at the law college, and the accused student also studied at the same college. A video of the incident is going viral, showing Prince Raj entering the class and shooting the girl in the forehead from point-blank range.

'Suicide by shooting himself in the temple'

He then commits suicide by shooting himself in the temple. This created panic among the students present. Upon receiving the information, DSP Jagbir Singh arrived at the scene with a police team and assessed the situation. The college has been sealed for the investigation.

"Sandeep Kaur was asked for friendship on Propose Day."

The reason behind the accused's action is also being investigated. It is reported that Prince Raj had asked student Sandeep Kaur for friendship on Propose Day. He became angry when she refused. After the college reopened on Monday, Prince Raj arrived with a pistol in his bag and shot Sandeep Kaur at close range.

"The boy had proposed to Sandeep Kaur several times."

Police investigations have also revealed that this is a case of unrequited love. The boy had proposed to Sandeep Kaur several times and pressured her for friendship, but she always refused, saying she was engaged and could not leave her family. Angered by this, the young man took this extreme step.

Sandeep wanted to become a judge.

Sandeep Kaur's mother, Harjinder Kaur, said her husband is deceased. She has seven daughters. Sandeep Kaur wanted to study law and become a judge. Princeraj would come to her house and ask for friendship. Despite her refusal, he continued to harass her.

On Sunday, he had also proposed to Sandeep over the phone, which her daughter told her about. She questioned the college management, saying she was told her daughter had suffered minor injuries, but upon arriving at the college, she found her dead body.

Family raises questions about college management

Sandeep Kaur's family has questioned how the crazy lover arrived at Mai Bhago Law College with a pistol. Mother Harjinder Kaur and sister Sumandeep Kaur said they arrived at the scene upon learning of the incident, but were kept out for 15 minutes with the gate locked. Meanwhile, the police have seized CCTV footage from the classroom and have launched an in-depth investigation.

Princeraj had brought a pistol from home in a bag.

Police investigations have revealed that Princeraj's father is in the army. Princeraj had brought a pistol from home in a bag. The pistol used by Princeraj to commit this crime was his father's licensed pistol.

According to information, Princeraj's father had recently returned from leave to his headquarters in Jammu, but his pistol was at home. As soon as the girl refused his friendship, Princeraj carried out the crime with a well-planned plan. He took the pistol from home to the college in his bag and carried out the crime. He then shot himself.
