Fresh-issue proceeds generally go to the company, while funds raised through an Offer for Sale (OFS) are received by existing shareholders selling their shares.
The IPO pipeline remains active, with the public issues of KKR-backed LEAP India and Technocraft Ventures also attracting investor attention. With the upcoming offerings, the number of companies launching IPOs in the Indian primary market this year is expected to reach 47, according to the figures cited in the report.

The OFS is being offered by promoters including BC Asia Investments XV Limited, an affiliate of Bain Capital, and Mangalam Capital Private Limited.
The company operates in the automotive components sector, making its IPO particularly relevant for investors looking at India's automobile and auto-component industries.

More IPOs Could Hit the Market Soon
The IPO activity is unlikely to slow down after next week's five issues.
Companies including Blackstone-backed Horizon Industrial Parks, a Gaja Capital-backed company and Shankesh Jewellers could potentially announce their IPO price bands in the coming days, according to the details cited in the report.
This suggests that India's primary market could remain active in the weeks ahead, giving investors a broad range of new issues to evaluate.
Upcoming IPOs: What Investors Should Check
With several IPOs opening within just three days, investors should avoid making decisions solely on the size or popularity of an issue.
Before applying, investors should review:
IPO price band and valuation
Fresh issue versus OFS component
Company's revenue and profit growth
Debt levels and cash flows
Promoter and institutional holdings
IPO proceeds and their intended use
Peer-company valuations
Risks highlighted in the offer documents
Investors should also remember that an IPO investment carries market risk, and listing gains are not guaranteed.
