US-China tension over Taiwan: Nancy Pelosi met President Wen, said - we are proud of Taiwan's friendship, will support at every level

US Parliament Speaker Nancy Pelosi arrived in Taiwan's parliament on Wednesday, the second day of her visit. Earlier, he met with President Tsai Ing-wen. Pelosi was awarded the Order of Propitious Clouds with Special Grand Cordon, Taiwan's highest civilian honor, in parliament.

Pelosi said – America will support Taiwan on the issue of security. We are with them every moment. We are proud of Taiwan's friendship. He said that the promise made by America 43 years ago to stand with Taiwan, still stands by it.

Pelosi also met the Deputy Speaker of Parliament

Before meeting with President Tsai Ing-Wen, Nancy Pelosi met with Tsai Chi-chang, Deputy Speaker of the Taiwan Parliament. During this, he assured American support for human rights, referring to the Tiananmen Square massacre.

China imposes economic sanctions on Taiwan

Here, China, upset by Pelosi's visit, has started creating economic problems for Taiwan. The Chinese government has banned the supply of natural sand to Taiwan. This can cause a lot of damage to Taiwan. Since the Corona epidemic, construction and infrastructure development have become a source of income for Taiwan. In such a situation, Taiwan will suffer economic loss by stopping the export of sand. On July 1, China also banned imports from more than 100 food suppliers from Taiwan.

What can China do if unhappy with Pelosi's visit?

China will now try to put more pressure on Taiwan. For this, Chinese fighter jets will infiltrate Taiwan's airspace more than before.

China can provoke Taiwan. By sending fighter jets to Taiwan's airspace, China will try to provoke Taiwan to attack.

The Chinese government can oppose the US diplomatically. She can call back her ambassador Qin Gang from America.

Taiwan and America ready against China

According to reports, the armies of America and Taiwan are ready to deal with China. Four US Navy warships are on high alert and patrolling Taiwan's maritime border. These have highly advanced fighter jets and missiles like the F-16 and F-35. Reaper drones and laser-guided missiles are also ready. If there is any interference from China, then America and Taiwan can attack it from both sides.

It is being said that China has kept long-range Hudong rockets and tanks ready for action. It also has other military installations in the Taiwan Strait. He can use them. The US military is keeping a close eye on these antics. The USS Ronald Reagan Warship and Assault Ship are on high alert.

America in support of Taiwan's democracy

On arrival in Taiwan on August 2, Pelosi said - America will continue to support Taiwan's democracy. America's solidarity with Taiwan's 23 million citizens is more important today than ever, as the world faces a choice between autocracy and democracy. At the same time, the Chinese condemned this tour and said that the US should stop playing with fire.

Why the tension in Taiwan?

China considers Taiwan part of the One-China Policy, while Taiwan sees itself as an independent country. China's goal has been to force Taiwan to bow to its political demands and accept China's occupation.

Here, America also accepts the One China policy, but cannot see China's occupation of Taiwan. Biden said 2 months ago – We agreed to the One China policy, we signed it, but it is wrong to think that Taiwan can be taken away by use of force. This step of China will not only be wrong, but it will throw the whole region into a new kind of war.
