5 crore vaccines were taken in 37 days
The corona vaccination campaign for adolescents of 15 to 18 years started on 3 January 2022 and under this campaign, 50 million adolescents have been given the first dose of vaccine in just 37 days. In contrast, when the Corona Vaccination Campaign of Adults started on 16 January 2021, it took about 42 days to achieve the target of 50 million vaccinations.
The total vaccination figure in the country is close to 175 crores
If we talk about the data of corona vaccination in India, then till now about 170 crores 77 lakh 65 thousand 220 people have got corona vaccine in the country. Of these, 95 crores 35 lakh 80 thousand 976 people have been given the first dose and 73 crores 92 lakh 42 thousand 457 people have been given the second dose.
