Warning in Himachal Pradesh

The Meteorological Department has issued a warning for Himachal Pradesh. The department has issued a warning of thunderstorms and lightning in three districts of the state, Kangra, Mandi, and Shimla. Snowfall may occur in some places in the higher regions of the state while rain may occur in some places in the lower regions. This is expected to bring down the maximum and minimum temperatures. The Meteorological Department said that the weather will be clear in Himachal from Friday.

There will be snowfall in Jammu-Kashmir

The effect of Western Disturbance can also be seen in Jammu and Kashmir. There is a possibility of rain and snow in most areas of the state. On Wednesday, there was a drop in the temperature due to snowfall in the hilly areas and rain in the low-lying areas.

In which areas of Uttarakhand will snowfall?

On the other hand, once again in Uttarakhand, due to the active western disturbance, there is a possibility of rain and snowfall from Thursday. Director of Meteorological Center Bikram Singh said that there is a possibility of light to moderate rain at isolated places in Uttarkashi, Rudraprayag, Chamoli, Bageshwar, and Pithoragarh on Thursday. A drop in the maximum temperature can be recorded in the plains.
