According to the Meteorologist, the East-West Monsoon Trough is passing through North Punjab and its adjoining low-pressure area, passing through South East Bihar, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh towards East Central Bay of Bengal. Due to their effect, there is a forecast of rain with thunder, thunder, and thunder in the state. On Monday, light to moderate rain with thunder, thunder, and lightning are forecast in 26 districts of Bihar including Patna. At the same time, there is a warning of heavy rain in the Purnia, Araria, Kishanganj, and Katihar districts of the state.
