According to the Meteorological Department, between 28 and 30 April, the upper reaches of Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand may receive thunderstorms and strong winds with rain or snowfall.
