
A case has been registered against YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT-2 winner Elvish Yadav in Sector-49, Noida. He has been accused of smuggling poisonous snakes and organizing rave parties illegally. Elvish Yadav has been accused of smuggling snakes. He uses their poison. Police have recovered 20 ml of poison and nine live snakes from the possession of the accused. Politician and animal rights activist Maneka Gandhi has demanded the arrest of Elvish Yadav.
The arrested accused were identified as Rahul (32), Titunath (45), Jayakaran (50), Narayan (50) and Ravinath (45) of Delhi. They told during interrogation that they use these snakes and snack venom for rave parties.
These items were recovered from the accused
The snakes recovered include five cobras, two two-headed snakes, one python, and one rat snake. It is being told that the venom of these snakes was used in the party. In the case, Kotwali in-charge Inspector Sandeep Chaudhary says that five accused have been arrested. A case has been registered against six named and some unidentified people including Elvish Yadav. Investigation is being done regarding the involvement of Elvish Yadav in the whole matter.
Case registered under these sections
Apart from Elvish Yadav, a case has been registered against other accused under various sections of the Wildlife Protection Act 1972 and Section 120B of the IPC. According to the report, the sections imposed in this case are non-bailable. There is no reaction from Elvish regarding this matter yet.
An official of Maneka Gandhi's organization filed FIR
An FIR has been lodged against the accused including Elvish and others accused by Gaurav Gupta, working as an Animal Welfare Officer in MP Maneka Gandhi's organization People for Animals. He told the police that YouTuber Elvish Yadav along with other members shoots videos with snake venom and live snakes and organizes rave parties illegally. In which foreign girls are called and made to consume snake venom and intoxicants. After this, our informant contacted Elvish Yadav. Elvish gave the number of an agent, whose name he said was Rahul. The informer contacted Rahul and invited him to organize a party. Whose information was given to the police? The accused were caught with the help of police.
Maneka Gandhi demanded arrest of Elvish
Politician and animal rights activist Maneka Gandhi has described Elvish Yadav as a kingpin. He has said that Elvish must be arrested. Maneka has said that Elvish should be sentenced to seven years.
