Mason Riche, Professor of Foreign Studies at Hankook University in Seoul, says every missile launch shows the US has failed to impose tough sanctions on North Korea. In his view, the sanctions imposed on North Korea so far have proved to be a failure. Significantly, after the last missile test, sanctions on North Korea were tightened by the US administration.
